The courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
NexGovern shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, network failures, or third-party disruptions. Performance shall be suspended for the duration of such event, and NexGovern shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
These Terms, together with any policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexGovern with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.
